Titus Bernhard Architekten Office Titus Bernhard Architekten

Approach, solution & claim

We claim to think holistically, i.e. we develop for our clients and customers from conceptual building construction to interior fittings and furniture design, plan innovative lighting concepts and design open spaces and outdoor facilities.

Reduction to the essentials, clear, sometimes minimalist architectural language. We are a "young" office and can react flexibly to new situations. Our work is interdisciplinary and we value the versatility of our employees: architecture, fine arts, mechanical engineering, computer animation, new media and graphic design are among our extended fields of activity.

Lean office management, no water head, independent work of all employees, multilingualism in the office etc... are obligatory.

Titus Bernhard Architekten have developed from the architectural language of classical modernism to an independent, material-related sensual minimalism.

In addition to the "upscale residential construction and luxury villas" segment, the office is increasingly involved in the topic of "social responsibility" and the planning of large subsidized residential complexes and low budget solutions.

This is based on the demand for high craftsmanship and aesthetic qualities.

We provide special services that lie outside our areas of expertise with competent partners and special engineers from industry and trade. Project partnerships with leading structural engineers and consulting firms for building services are obligatory for larger projects.

We work with agencies and marketing companies and, at the client's/builder's request, take on or participate in the external presentation of the product and/or the company. We see good architecture as a cultural contribution and as an important instrument for presenting a company to the outside world and thus as an advertising medium.

We are developing from an architecture derived from "classical modernism" towards an examination of phenomenological questions, tasks from the social context and building with "low budget".

This is based on the demand for high craftsmanship and aesthetic qualities.
