Condominiums Crailsheimstraße Freimann
The residential building with 12 discreetly elegantly furnished apartments of between 67 and 187m² should, in the best case, be the prelude to a development that contributes to upgrading the Freimann district to a good address with the best added value.
The concept is aimed at a target group that is not prepared to bear the costs and disadvantages of an upmarket detached house on the outskirts of the city, but appreciates the proximity to the city with good infrastructure and the qualities of a (child-friendly) detached house in a multi-family property.
Duplex apartments oscillate around a central, top-lit access core, most of which are oriented in three to four directions, five of which have a private garden and three with a roof terrace and spectacular views over Munich to the northern ridge of the Alps.
The cumbersome maximum volume imposed by the building regulations is deliberately broken down into individual units - creating divergence and diversity. In this way, the cubature results in elevated spaces and terraced landscapes with a high atmospheric quality.
The project will not be realized.
