The wagnisWest project in Freiham was officially opened on June 14, 2024.

In the micro-city with 134 residential units, EOF, MMG or KMB subsidized, spread over 7 buildings with communal facilities such as a laundry cafe, workshop, guest apartments, common rooms, sky bar, roof terraces, various office units (co-working), restaurants, store, large garage and an SOS children's club/day care facility, where there is plenty of space for children to meet.

The design comes from the architectural firm AllesWirdGut. The cooperatives Wagnis eG and München-West eG entrusted Titus Bernhard Architekten from Augsburg with the implementation planning in cooperation with the architectural firm Köhler from Munich.

We would like to thank the client, co-planners and the contractors for the cooperative process, the good collaboration and the successful result!
