CRAILHOME I EUROBODEN

Balancing content and expression, combining economy with functionality, are the focus at CRAILHOME I EUROBODEN.
The residential building, with 12 discreetly elegant apartments ranging from 67
to 187m2, is intended to be the start of a development that will help to upgrade the Freimann district to a desirable location with excellent added value.
The concept is aimed at a target group that is not prepared to bear the costs and disadvantages of an upscale single-family home on the outskirts of the city, but instead appreciates proximity to the city with good infrastructure and the qualities of a (child-friendly) single-family home in a multi-family building.
Maisonette apartments, most of which face three to four directions, oscillate around a central, top-lit access core. Five of them have private gardens and three have roof terraces with spectacular views over Munich to the northern ridge of the Alps. The cumbersome maximum volume required by building regulations is deliberately broken down into individual units, creating divergence and diversity.
This results in elevated rooms and terrace landscapes with a high atmospheric quality.
