The prestigious Stirling Prize caused a stir in England this year because it went to a social housing project. The prize was awarded:
Goldsmith Street in Norwich (RIBA East) by Mikhail Riches and Cathy Hawley (London)

In addition to the architectural sociologist Christine Hannemann and architect Christoph Ingenhoven, Titus Bernhard comments on the topic in an interview and presents his current project in the Reese-Areal in Augsburg.
