Living at the art garden, Neu-Ulm

Wohnen am Kunstgarten, Neu-Ulm Competition 2011 In the immediate vicinity of the Neu-Ulm railroad station, a well-known commercial law firm launched a limited competition for the construction of approx. 80-100 privately financed residential units. Titus Bernhard Architekten developed two buildings, each with a central core that provides access to 3-6 residential units per floor. This extremely cost-effective development was awarded 2nd place.
